Fig peppermint recipe

Cut a fig crosswise in the middle and insert a peppermint leaf into it. Then add a teaspoon of cane sugar to the fig and let the sugar caramelize in the oven or on the grill. Then add 1 teaspoon of Fig Date Balsamic Cream from the Schwollener Mustard Manufactory.

As a finish we recommend a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have a fantastic dessert!!
