The pineapple curry mustard is a fruity mustard that goes very well with poultry and is a wonderful ingredient in chicken salad. As an emulsifier in salad dressing. Recipe for a fantastic chicken breast marinade!!

1/2 glass of pineapple curry mustard from the Schwollener Senfmanufaktur

Mix 10 tablespoons of fried potato oil from Schwollener Mustard Manufactory

Add pepper and salt to taste or the cottage salt from the Schwollen mustard factory .

The chicken breast fillet can now be massaged with this wonderful marinade.

The marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
