Spareribs feel particularly good when they have been marinated in this unique sauce overnight.
Puffy RIBS from the oven
Rinse 2 kg spare ribs and pat dry
Using a brush, brush thickly with SCHNIPPS BBQ sauce , wrap in aluminum foil and let sit overnight.
The next day prepare in the oven as follows:
Place the "packaged" spare ribs on a baking tray, with the bone side facing down. Cook in the oven at 160 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 90 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and continue grilling the spare ribs for another 10 - 15 minutes (depending on the desired browning) at 250 °C top/bottom heat.
As a side dish we recommend potato wedges seasoned with the
Cottage salt from the Schwollen mustard factory .
