Spicy noodles with chili oil from Schwollener Mustard Manufactory (4 portions)
Cook 500 g ribbon noodles in salted water (1-2 teaspoons of cottage salt ) until al dente.
Heat 12 tablespoons of chili oil from Schwollener Mustard Manufactory in a pan
2 cloves of garlic, chop finely
5 g fresh ginger, chop finely
5 g coriander, chop finely and add
Fry for about 30 seconds, gently and not blacken, then remove the pan from the heat.
Cut 4 fresh peppers into fine rings and add them to the hot oil, season with a dash of soy sauce and a teaspoon of fig date balsamic cream from Schwollener Manufaktur .
Now the pasta can celebrate its wedding with this wonderful sauce!!!
